OUR MISSION

To create an environment where the elderly and persons with dementia feel accepted, safe and comfortable; where care recipients are treated with respect, dignity, and encouraged to be independent;

To cultivate a caring staff who show warmth and welcome through smiles, laughter, and expressions;

To have activities that well-planned, implemented, and evaluated to engage and
enable the maximum potential of care recipients; 
 

To offer a choice of activities are designed to be purposeful and meaningful to care recipients;

To create roles and the sense of belonging to a community for care recipients so that they feel that they can still contribute and are valued;

To educate a workforce in dementia care through the Montessori Based
Dementia Programming®.
